I’ve noticed that my sleep schedule is totally wrecked lately, and I’ve been spending way too much time looking for porn videos instead of actually getting some rest. It’s like this weird loop where I’m tired, so I look for a distraction, and then I’m even more tired the next day. I finally decided to leave my phone in the other room last night and actually felt human this morning. It’s amazing how these small digital habits can snowball into affecting your physical health. Does anyone else find themselves using the internet as a way to procrastinate on sleep, or is it just me?

I was just checking the site's server status page and this discussion caught my eye in the sidebar. It’s a valid point about sleep hygiene—I think almost everyone in the modern world struggles with that to some degree regardless of what they are actually watching. I’ve been trying to switch back to physical books before bed myself, though the lure of the infinite scroll is always there. It’s fascinating to see how a simple thread can touch on so many different aspects of daily life. Anyway, I'm off to find some info on the new e-readers, have a good one!
