Confused by the different fees during checkout
I was just about to finish my purchase when the total price suddenly doubled because of taxes, ICANN fees, and "privacy protection." I feel like I am being nickel-and-dimed at every single step of the process. Is this normal for every site, or am I just looking in the wrong places? I want to find a provider that is upfront about the total price from the very beginning. Has anyone found a way to avoid these extra charges or at least find someone who doesn't hide them until the end?
