HVAC Software
I work alone in the HVAC industry, primarily doing on-site maintenance for residential homes and the occasional installation. Right now, I primarily use Google Calendar for scheduling and Venmo for payments. Honestly, this works fine most of the time, but things get confusing when clients ask for old invoices or payment records, and I have to sift through messages/emails/payment history trying to find everything.
Part of me thinks I should invest in dedicated HVAC software, but another part thinks I might be overcomplicating things early on.
